"This property went above and beyond with their service! i lost my luggage on the bus and they did everything possible to get in contact with the bus company and help me get it back. Rooms were clean , great location as there’s the ferry terminal 7 minute walk and a shopping strip about 15 minute walk. Breakfast was also the best i’ve had in my stay in Japan ! would recommend. "
