"Accueil peu sympathique. La cliente n’a cessé de critiquer hotel.com et m’a demandé de payer une deuxième fois ma chambre ce que j’ai refusé. C’est moi qui a dû réglé ses problèmes informatiques avec hotel.com que je remercie. Pas posssible de prendre une chambre après 22h. À éviter !"
