V helpful with reception taking my 20kg case up the stairs - well i am 84. Room and en suite immaculate. I liked the provision of a kettle and coffee maker. If i am Everback that way again i will book it

We found this hotel ourselves some years ago and have since used it two or three times a year to break the journey from Calais to Ebeltoft in Denmark which is just over 700 miles. It is located 20/25 minutes south west of Hamburg about seven minutes drive from the Bremen - Hamburg A1- E22 autobahn. It is a very well run family business and is a classic example of German efficiency. The staff are all very friendly and most speak English. There is a nice bar area and it has a good restaurant....

Perfection. This is a great place to stay and eat. A lovely family run hotel and restaurant that has obviously undergone a recent renovation. I would stay and eat here again in a heartbeat.

Quiet suburb. Normally 1.25 hours by train to Hamburg city centre but roadworks led to diversions. This hotel was generous in giving free hot and cold drinks and the service was friendly.

Room was great and the hotel staff very helpful. Lovely town. Restaurant food was excellent.

Room was a bit on the small side, but provided all essential amenities. Stuff is helpfull, incl. early checkin. Breakfast offers a wide variety of food and drinks, and the patio restaurant is a warm place to socialise and chill out. However, the hotel is located away from any attraction and supply.
