The onsite restaurant is great, especially the breakfast included with the room -- it puts other hotel breakfasts to shame. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful; the pool temp was warm yet still refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We were on our way to Iowa to see my dying father and our brand new car broke down in spokane so we had to get a hotel for 2 days. And Amy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Im battling stage 3 breast cancer and ahe waa so sweet and helpful. Thank you for making an awful situation a bit better."

"The room was quiet, Clean and the bed was comfortable. The exception of one guest that kept slamming their door over and over going in and out of their room after 9pm but the rest of the night was Quiet. The breakfast was on par to other hotels and was good. Just spent one night but it was right by the hospital with easy access for an appointment the next morning. This was a bad time to get to the hotel with road construction all around the hotel and the main entrance closed which routed traffic...
