"It is set in beautiful grounds, part of the Nottingham University campus and we found it to be very quiet, almost serene. There is an outdoor sitting area overlooking a lake. "A lovely quaint building with a lot of character greeted us. I could not find reception as everything is done from the bar. The Hotel had a very busy bar for the local Night Time Economy but the few present Staff Members were just awesome throughout. It had to be said that the food was excellent at the restaurant. The only downside was the noise at night from the bar toilet hand dryers and the bar Patrons outside and the matresses were a little uncomfortable but adequate. Definitely would stay...
