There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. "Alles war bestens! Wir waren in der größeren Wohnung, aber beide sind perfekt für je 2 Personen (plus 1-2 Kinder). Sie können auch verbunden werden für Großfamilien und 2 Paaren. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist sehr nah an der Donau, aber kann auch vom Haus aus Wanderungen unternehmen. Krems, Melk und Spitz sind mit Auto oder Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen.
