"Great Neu Hotel. Very friendly personal. Preis=service=quality Negative experience: cleaning outside of the hotel. Sunday morning , when you open the door of the hotel, On you fly old packages, paper from a market. Plus, situation with parking place should be improve. During the winter time, there will be cold to walk till the entrance and ask all time long you security to open parking. Unfortunately, during the week, they never saw it."

"Отличные апартаменты. Плюсы: Расположение, в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро Левобережная, через 1 квартал Пузата хата, в которой кушали постоянно, через дорогу супермаркет Новус. Кровати удобные. Ремонт видно что не только что сделанный, но он отличный и в отличном состоянии. Честные, приятные люди, которые занимались нашим поселением. Обычно заезд с 2х часов, попросили пораньше, смогли чуть ранше поселить. Минусы: Кондиционер только в зале, мы попали в очень жаркие дни и спать было невыносимо...

"Really pleasant hotel. Very nice staff. Clean, comfy bed and nice pillows. Wifi worked well. McDonalds, supermarkets and other shopping within a coue minutes walk. I was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but after sitting on a plane for hours, I'm happy to get my exercise doing stairs with my bags! I've stayed here previously and will stay again when the opportunity comes up. Two thumbs up! :-)"
