"Considering how cheap this was, the room was surprisingly good. The mattress was super comfy. Had a bath. Decor was dated, but super clean, with toiletries included Shout out to the receptionist Toby who was amazing when helping us out, seeing as i somehow ended up booking for a different not by accident. He was a man on a mission to help us, and help us he did. Thanks again mate 👍 "

"Rooms are nice and quirky, but getting a bit dilapidated. Staff are few and far between, and on the sullen side. Disappointingly the hotel provides no food or drinks any more (its breakfast used to be legendary). But it’s in a convenient location and easy to park."

"The receptionist was lovely, accommodated our needs in that my partner has a bad knee and the lift was broken so she gave us a ground floor room. I also asked for a bathroom with a bath, and she sorted that too."

"The staff were very friendly. The bar and restaurant were closed but we received a message and a phone call explaining this offering to refund us, no issues there. The beds were very comfortable and the room was fairly quiet. It was in a good area too, only issue was the bathroom had some black mould and the plastic water cups were very dirty."
