"Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. "

"They could not find our reservation from hotels.com, but we still got a room so that was fine. The bed is clean, but the walls have never been washed and the bathroom is ok for India. There was a wedding while we were there, which is fine because we are there in the wedding season so the noise was not so bad, but after the reception I guess they need to clean up alot and they used a really old-sounding elevator until 1am right next to our room which was impossible to sleep to."
