"Les personnes de la réception ne parlent pas anglais, ils n'ont aucun plan de la ville, na savent pas vous répondre quand il y a un problème pour arrêter la climatisation, et enfin nous n'avons pas pu avoir notre petit déjeuner à 9h15 car ils arrêtent de servir à 9h !
