"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Degli Ulivi! The room was clean and comfortable with AC and an amazing terrace. The atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly and calm, the absolute highlight being the owners/reception staff that always greeted us with a smile and advice on where to spend our days around Castro such as where the best beach could be found. Thank you so much, we already want to go back!"

"En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!!
