"Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel, Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met, we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!! Will stay here again next time we visit ! Thank you ! John and Diane"

" The property was great. Would stay there again. The suites were worth the extra cost. Transportation was very limited. Took the local Bus to the train station to get into rome. 16 eur per person. Local resturant 2 blocks from hotel made the trip. Food was great and service was even better. Tony the host at Falcioni dal 1955 took care of us. "

"Upon checking in, the staff person insisted on seeing passports for both of us even though the reservation was in my name and I submitted mine. My roommate did not bring her passport. The staff person was insistent and rude. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, she relented and allowed us to register. If this is a requirement they should state it clearly on their website and through Expedia."

"We picked this quaint little hotel at the spur of the moment decision to drive up that way because it had a hot springs pool and it was about 10 min drive to the Saturnia Hot Springs Falls. Which is probably what brings most outsiders there. It’s Very quiet but We really had a pleasant stay for our 2 nights and that was all we really needed. The staff was so helpful and let us check-in early! The location is ideal in the middle of the very walkable Orbetello. Plenty of shopping and restaurants very close. What a great place to explore. AND if you want to lay on the grass on sun chairs you have to pay additional 25 euros or. day. Never before did we have to pay to use hotel furniture.
