"Employees attitude were good and polite but lack of expertise skill especially when it comes to solve the potentials escalations! Properties & facilities were old and poorly maintenance. My room smell like mossy, the main dining room was handicap inaccessible, my room keys weren’t activated when checked in, you only have one key per room for 2 people! "It's a nice and beautiful hotel! The location was near the beach and we had some little stores and restaurants around the corner. You can take a grab for the City. All in all it was a nice stay! "
