"When going for check in the staff was unpleasant and the wait time was very long. The room was neglected. Bed sheets were very dirty. In the shower, previous visitors left their used soap and were never removed by the staff when preparing the room. There were more than two soaps on the shower wall. I slept without covering because the bed sheets were stained and smelled really bad. "
