"The view from our balcony was stunning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast, a variety to choose from but sadly no restaurant for dinner. The swimming area was nice but the water was very cold but not so the lake the water was lovely and warm. "

"The family that runs the place is wonderful and friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and beauty surrounds the place. The dining experience is excellent and the pool is relaxing. There are good day hikes close by and some amazing small cities to visit. The staff will share their knowledge of the area. Definitely would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this older, but well maintained hotel. It is located lakefront right by the ferry docks which makes it very convenient for those with limited mobility and for those with luggage and don’t want to struggle with it on the cobblestone streets. "Really lovely hotel, way nicer than we anticipated. We booked this purely as a stopover so we could catch an early train and didn’t expect it to be such a nice hotel. The entrance area was really nice, staff were friendly on check in and whilst the room was small it was spotless and comfortable."

"Gute Lage und trotz Straße nicht laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon hinten zum Berg und es war von der Lautstärke her okay. Man konnte abends gut auf dem Balkon sitzen. Betten waren bequem.Zimmer wurde ordentlich gereinigt. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber und zum See nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann bequem die tolle Promenade bis in den Ort Malcesine laufen. Zirka 20 min Gehzeit vom Hotel. Das Personal und der Chef Roberto mit Frau waren sehr freundlich. Man wurde mit Handschlag begrüßt....
