"Amazing hotel in all respects, one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Peacefully nestled in the hills above Monachil, this 15-bedroom boutique hotel is gorgeous. Amazing rooms, unbelievable breakfast and dinner, nice walks nearby and only 30-min taxi into Granada. Nice pool area. Quiet and relaxing, classy and unpretentious. We loved it. "I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this...
