"Upon arriving we were given a different room from what was reserved. Once given a room comparable, it was dirty. Floors were dirty and room smelled very musty. This was the second year in a row we had problems. Staff was friendly but seems expensive to have these kind of problems "

"The outside of the hotel and lobby were decently nice. However, my room was atrocious. The top lock had been ripped off, the door to the adjoining room didn’t lock and they had pushed a desk against it. Shower was covered in scum, dust and grime on doors and floor. Stuff on the floor, stained sheets. I told the staff I couldn’t not stay here for the duration. They did offer another room or to make sure that no one stayed in the adjoining room….. but at that point, as a single woman, traveling alone …. I was already uneasy. The lady at the desk was very kind and understanding."
