De receptionist was vriendelijk en representaties, het personeel bij het ontbijt ronduit hartelijk en ze leken echt te genieten van hun werk, mooi om te zien. Kamer was mooi. Enige punt van aandacht: de ramen waren aan de buitenzijde echt supersmerig. Je hoefde bijna je gordijn niet te sluiten als je privacy wilde, zo slecht kon je er doorheen kijken."
