"Terrible experience. If you don't have staff to attend to guests, you have to make things work. The hotel isn't finished, everything around the pool had bleach on it, all my friend's clothes were ruined. I told the owner and still there's no response. We also had to buy clothes. When we arrived at the affiliated restaurant, they "couldn't find" our reservation until 45 minutes later, only to serve us a terrible breakfast. "Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated. There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night. But honestly, the hospitality made up for it. The breakfast was SO good, and the man at the front desk — who I think may have been the owner — was the sweetest. He was funny, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again."

"If you’re planning a vacation with your fam I would like to recommend Las veraneras resort but be aware that their Hotel most be amazing but is totally different if you booked online for a “rancho” communication with this type of agencies is terrible also they better improve with the cleanliness. Check in was easy. Besides all that I loved the big pool they have for kids and family we well spent the day at the veraneras resort. Next time I’ll make sure to booked at their Hotel and not for a RANCHO. :/ so disappointed. BTW the food and drinks were excellent I would like to go back but just to spend a day I won’t be staying"
