"During my stay they had issues with the heat and hot water. They did comp me a couple of days as a result. The bar area and dining room are well maintained."

"When we arrived to our room, we realized there was only one king bed. We booked a room with 2 queens, which I showed to the front desk staff. The man explained they were out of rooms with 2 beds so would give us a room with two kings or take $75 off our existing room. We were on our way to an event and I was told we could sort it out when we returned. While we were out, I received a voicemail letting me know they actually did not have an extra room available for us and only the discounted room would be the option as they were totally booked. I quickly pulled up the reservations and could have reserved a room myself on my phone so tell me how they were out of rooms? Then, miraculously, they reached out again to let me know they had a room with 2 beds available after all. I am glad we were able to sleep in the room we booked BUT the stress of this situation and feeling very misled and lied to makes me never want to stay here again."

"The hotel was very not clean at all. The walls in the hallways and carpets all had stains. When I entered the room there was a bad odor, big holes from chipped paint in the bathroom, the toilet still had a ring on the inside, and the shower had dried on shampoo still from previous guests.
