Hotel good, staff very helpful, food excellent and lovely outside area. Nothing was too much trouble for the waiting staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The hotel is clean and has very nice service. It is close to the airport about 10 minutes walk. Worth recommending

Hotel is about 10 minutes on tram from the main square, very easy to get around. Hotel was good very clean and room cleaned each day. Very cheap place to eat and drink out with plenty of choices

What a wonderful experience 7 days in beautiful Krakow!. I have travelled to many countries, but Krakow, is perhaps the most cultural, colourful and interesting country I have visited. I purposefully chose the Q Hotel slightly out of the centre, simply because I wanted to test myself on local travel, i.e. get the no. 173/130 buses from the Hotel - Zloty 3.80. The Hotel was excellent in every department, staff were professional and friendly, food in the restaurant simply scrumptious. Would...

Rooms kept up to an excellent standard, location is good but maybe a little far out unless you use the local trams , otherwise a prefect stay

Amazing customer service, excessively comfortable and well equipped room, quiet and within walking distance of all amenities

The Hotel was great; very quick and pleasant check in. The waitresses serve me a drink even they just closed the bar. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle for hot drinks. Their breakfast was excellent but they cold have more coffee machines as there was a queue. The hotel is close to airport so it is ideal to sleep over there for morning flights from Kraków.

Very good hotel overall, we only stayed for 1 night as a stopover in Krakow on our way to Budapest. Very good location, safe parking and easy access to the town. Well recommended!

Staff were super friendly during our stay. The room was clean and a great size. Located super close to everything, getting around was super easy.

The hotel was spotless, staff were very freindly, we ate there good value for money, free fruit, biscuits and croissants every day. We,ll definitely stay there again.

Very modern clean apartment with a nice view of the river and city. We only saw staff as we arrived and were given key cards and instructions on what to do with them, we didn’t see any staff in the building again and there was no-one there to ask any questions if needed. There was free WI FI in the buildings but we were not given the code to access it and there was no-one to ask for it.

We had a great holiday. The hotel was quiet, clean & the staff were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. It’s relatively convenient from the main square, taking only 30 mins or so to walk. Would recommend for an affordable stay away.

Check in was quick! Our room was spotlessly clean and had the added bonus of a mini kitchenette - fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc. The Oldtown was a 5/10 min walk and the train station 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great two day break which was only made greater by staying in this hotel the staff were so helpful and very welcoming I hope to be back soon and I most definitely will be recommending this hotel to friends

The property is of a very high standard and is in a perfect location. The communication with the owner was very quick and easy, and I was sent a list of recommended places to eat. We would highly recommend staying here.
