"Staff was very good, but hot water was not there. They told me to turn on the boiler for 15 mins than hot water will come. I left it on for 45 mins, hot water was there for half a bucket, I ended showering with cold water. There is no elevator and lot of stairs. Electric socket was open. "

"Staff at restaurant and reception were excellent! They will give you whatever you request with no hassle. The food in the restaurant is also great with various breakfast options. However, the place should not be open as it is under construction and there is constant work going on to complete New facilities which means a lot of noise.
