The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole hotel felt well run and inviting. Fantastic value for money in a great location. "The place was very rundown we had no plug in bathroom sink, it was very noisy at night, no hair dryer, only one towel and the room needed decorating. The room wasn't serviced.We had to go and ask for tea bags and milk ect."

The staff at the check in desk were friendly and approachable. Kitchen was closed for refurbishment but we found nice places nearby to eat from. Our room had a lovely river view. Very quiet at night."
