"The rooms were very outdated, and they never sent me the pdf with the rules. It never was mentioned we couldn't have guest in our room and were rudely told when we had someone who wanted to visit us. The women working in the front desk were rude and couldn't even say good morning. The only pleasant employee was the older gentlemen."
