"This stay was pretty good, mostly because of the amazing staff and desk concierge.
The sheets in my room were stained, but after asking to switch rooms, the hotel was very friendly and accommodating.
My bathroom amenities were low in both rooms that I stayed in, but the staff were happy to provide extras once we asked.
Great location, very easy to get to everything within walking distance or rail."

"Worst stay we have ever had at a Marriott. This hotel is ancient - from the 70s and has not been updated, has smell to it that lingers in the air - everything feels old and dated. A/C didn't work in 90 degree heat outside and management did not even offer an apology. Unreal experience. Old toilet took forever to flush. Extremely bright fluorescent lights in the bathroom. Doors are so old they slam when closed and you can hear everything in the hallways at night. Pillows were awful. Management...

"Rooms need renovation. Starting to show age. I had to check out at 3:00 for an early flight. There was no employee at the desk or in the back office. Two other guests were also looking for staff at the same time to no avail. They were also not outside. After 15 minutes one came in the front door and returned to the desk. The airport shuttle was fine."
