"Good property, and very clean room and good breakfast. Only disapointed point was pagamento was duplicated even if it was done through Expedia. I claimed and it was cancels but cost difference was happened due to transaction timing."

"O lugar não era luxuoso nas fotos, mas pessoalmente era um lixo. Começando que me mandaram para um quarto de solteiro sendo que paguei por cama queen. Reclamei na recepção, me disseram que hotel estava lotado, argumentei que já havia pago antes e teria que ter quarto pra mim. Arrumaram um quarto com cama de casal, não era queen, mas me servia. Vi outros hóspedes chegando e brigando na recepção que eles tinham pago e não tinha mais quartos. Porém só piorou: Chuveiro não esquentava, mesmo sendo...

"Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby."
