"Customer service was excellent and the hotel is very convenient to all that the old town has to offer. The hotel is very charming and the restaurant was fantastic also. The room was very comfortable. We were able to walk easily anywhere we wanted to go. This was the perfect stay for our visit to the Rothenburg Christmas markets and we would highly recommend!"
