"The hotel location is poorly designed, the floor is granite but slippery, couple of the customers already slope and felt on their floor. The location is located nearby couple of karaoke places and the windows are not soundproof, very loud, not to peaceful for sleep. The staff are unfriendly, rude and no knowledge of what booking in advance mean. They couldn’t find my reservation, I had to politely asked them several times to look under my name and they kept giving me a hard time. The guy that...
