"Dirty APARTMENT ROOM…was across the street from the lobby. Very scary broken stairs going up to the room/ the room had MOLD ON THE DINGY DIRTY shower curtain / spider webs in kitchenette / phone didn’t work/ water came out slow and light from shower …was chipping..off/ broken appliances etc. "

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."
