"This hotel is like half beautiful and then half decrepit. The chairs wil be lovely and then the light in the elevator is held together with tie wraps. Beautiful wall trim, and then carpets that are peeling everywhere.
Mostly we were disappointed bc we went for the pool exclusively and it was closed for half of our stay. The restaurant was bland, and way overpriced. The waitress sneakily charged us $10 for our coffee refill, which was outrageous.
The room was good. Beds were comfortable....

"I was worried after reading several horrific reviews however, my fiancé and I were there for four nights and five days and the room was clean and excellent location to old Port Montreal. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which made it easy to commute around for cheap. We took advantage of the self-serve laundry room they have a vending machine in the lobby that has laundry detergent and dryer sheets in it. For the washer and dryer it was around three dollars per machine. Our room was very...

"Our air conditioner was not working because outlet next to it was broken. I also wish the limited parking had been better communicated but they did give us a map showing some nearby garages. Location was excellent and we really really enjoyed the indoor pool."

"Breakfast was decent but limited. Layout of the building was strange as guest windows looked directly out into a hallway, which in turn looks out into a very busy road; for privacy reasons the curtain had to remain closed for the entire stay, making the room dark. Rooms were clean, as were shared spaces. Proximity to metro station was convenient, though the location is not the most pleasant at night."

"Horrible view, construction on our floor??!!, ceiling fan not working in washroom caused fogging, spotted some bugs. Definitely a lot to improve on… area is good tho, close to everything"
