"Pleasant hosts, Clean cozy hotel and room. Close to train station, recommended"

"Shower was weak and not warm. No hair dryer."

"This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Room was suppose to include breakfast, we when got there we found out we had to walk across a very busy road to get to where breakfast was served and the breakfast consisted of instant coffee or tea, instant noodles, or a piece of bread. "The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel itself is not special or fancy, but it is well-run, clean, and located in the center of Solo. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant is good, and the hotel also has a nice cafe with an outside seating area. They featured life music at the cafe on weekend evenings. We saw no other foreign guests, which we saw as a plus. Many staff members speak good English."

"Location is great if you are looking to book close to the city center. The hotel itself can do with an update but the staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was ok but could do with more variation"

"員工其實都不錯，挺主動幫忙。每天都有要求更換床單，但每天更換的床單都還是會有髒汙的地方。房間整體算乾淨，但提供瓶裝水只有兩罐200ML，有點小。早餐其實選擇性不多，水果不甜，但也是有好吃的餐點，咖啡常有咖啡渣，茶的味道花香太濃，牛奶在平常日不會提供。"

"Staf sangat ramah dan sigap menolong. Saya mendapat 2 kamar dengan masalah di air. Teknisi segera datang dan memperbaiki. Ketika perbaikan tidak berhasil kami mendapat kamar pengganti. Di kamar pengganti kualitas air sangat baik termasuk air panasnya. Rasa makanan saat sarapan sebaiknya diperbaiki."

"Bad Room, and dirty bath.. staff not not friendly"

"We kept having to ask for towels, bathroom mats, and toilet paper. Cleaning was average. With a little more effort the facilities could be kept clean."

"Comfy room with adequate facilities"

"Sesuai harga.air panas ok.semua pesanan lewat app diletakkan di lantai 2."
