"This hotel was extremely disappointing. I went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was nothing like what is advertised online. The rooms were under construction, with humidity everywhere. The pool was out of service, there was no hot water, and the elevator was not working. We had planned to stay five nights, but we left the very next morning and instead stayed at one of the guesthouses around the island. That is without mention the breakfast horrible service 😑 "

"La persona que me atendió de manera muy grosera, me cobró personalmente , aunque le expliqué muchas veces que ya lo había pagado por medio de la aplicación, aún que ya me había mostrado el recibo de pago. Literalmente me amenazo con correrme si no me daba el dinero, y por razones de logística tuve que pagarle ya que no tenía otro lugar donde quedarme. "La propiedad es pequeña pero acogedora y muy cercana a la playa y tiendas, el aeropuerto esta como 15 minutos caminando. Nos recibieron antes de nuestro check in pero aunque la habitación estaba lista no la entregarian sin un cargo extra, por lo que resguardaron nuestro equipaje y salimos a conocer los alrededores.
