"First this the Coronado golf club per the sign at the front gate. When security was questioned about if this was the same place he did not know. So my driver followed the map you furnished which took us to the beach. No "hotel". Then called the number furnished by you only to be told Coronado golf club had my reservation. On arrival was immediately told if there is any problem with the building I would have to take it up with the owner, the management was only responsible for front desk and...

"There was no AC in the room. There was a unit but it was not running. I explained this to the staff and they did nothing. The same with the guests next door blaring jazz music all night long. The staff did not even come to the room to address the issue. I was to have had a six night stay but checked out the very next morning. I will not be returning."
