"We had a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. There wasn't any hot water, but that was only an issue with showering. But not having hot water was pretty common throughout Nicaragua."

"The hotel is very poor. Cleanliness is bad - towels and bedding was marked, old and threadbare. There was no bin in the room, no wardrobe or hangers. The ‘kitchen’ area had a fridge but nothing else (no kettle, toaster, glassware, plates etc). There was no hot water for the entire stay (turn the hot tap and nothing comes out). Cold showers only.
