"Excellente ubicacion del hotel y desde su terraza puedes observar las erupciones del Volcan de Fuego. El staff excelente , muy amables y atentos, nos ayudaron en todo momento. Ademas nos ayudaron agendar nuestro transporte hacia otros lugares turisticos. Se ofrecieron a cuidar de nuestro equipaje (aun cuando ya habia terminado la reservacion) mientras recorriamos otros lugares y asi evitamos llevarlo todo. Por supuesto que me hospedare ahi en mi proximo regreso!"
