"Good staff Clean room"

"Room was dirty when I checked in, but was quickly rectified upon notice to front desk. Room was kept cleaned for the balance of my stay. Staff was generally friendly and helpful Breakfast served to the room each morning was a nice bonus for the price paid. Only negative I had was location next to busy highway. Noise was bothersome for sleep."

"Overall its ok. The place is at the heart of the city, near with everything you need. Our issue is that we stayed to relax and rest from our super busy work scheds and heavy workload but the staff are so noisy outside. We can hear loud chats of them. And the housekeepers are also so loud. Its so disturbing. One more thing is at the dining area where staff are so bagal. I think only one regular employee is assisting the guests. They rely mostly on I think immersion students/OJTs who are...
