"It was a really good hotel the only issue is that you have a climb up into your bed which is located in an alcove and there was the constant fear I would bang my head on the wall. But other that I really liked it there and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again."

"Do NOT use Expedia for international bookings. Property offers a lot more flexibility and better service via its own site or other platforms (I had good experience with Ctrip for China). Expedia prevented us from checking out early although hotel manager agreed at no charge. Expedia made false promises on timeline and resolution, wasted our time and added stress during our travels. "Quaint little Hutong hotel right in the heart of the tourist-trap hutong so it was really convenient, tho not sure where the metro station is. Check in was quick and easy and really appreciate that I got the room before the 2pm checkin time. Was delighted with the afternoon tea snacks. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Cleanliness-wise - room was pretty clean except, the room floor was a little dusty. Room has USB and USB-C points by the bed. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing"
