"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was very kind and helpful … we came to ski as first timers and had no idea where to go…but they helped us through it! You can walk right to one mountain and then take a bus to the other… the bus stop is right up the street. Breakfast and dinner were also amazing..very Austrian! We loved it! "I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key.
