We went down to see what was going on and apparently we were supposed to be staying in another room. "Have a hard time understanding why this hotel received such high ratings! The pool you think is in the hotel is located on the beach and in it you should be crowded with 1000 other people in. The rooms are small and the toilet even smaller, very responsive and the AC barely working. On the plus side, the location is close to the beach and the very nice cleaning lady."
