"The location and rooms are actually quite good - the same is true for the breakfast. But the hotel really needs to do something about the soundproofing of the door. My room (11) was located next to the staircase (as many rooms are) - and it felt like the door was made of thin paper. This makes it hard to get a good nights rest - unless you are deaf."

"The castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didn’t keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend."

"Disappointed by False Advertising – Stay Away! I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The main reason I booked was because of the amenities shown in the pictures—specifically the indoor swimming pool and spa/sauna. However, when I arrived, I discovered that none of these amenities actually existed. The photos and descriptions online are completely misleading. It felt like a clear case of false advertising, and I felt deceived. If I had known the truth, I would have...

"The staff and breakfast buffet were wonderful. A short walk to the river and lovely scenery all around. It was nice having a balcony off the room."

"The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. "

"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "
