"Room was clean and when I asked for a new bathroom bulb it was sorted quickly by maintenance.
Sea gulls and pigeons make for a very bad mess around the exterior of the property.
Staff very friendly.
The balcony area needed more parasols.
Your parking cost, when given over the telephone menu said it was £8 so needs updating as the charge at booking in was £10.
Overall a good stay it is recommended."

"There was a complication with a Double Booking in my name & then allocated a small Twin not the Suite that it stated on Paperwork? The route to our Room was very complicated & meant we had to drag a Huge Suitcase up & down a lot of Steps!! The room was very small & obviously not cleaned very well before we got there as there was a huge empty Water Bottle left on top of the Drawers & some paperwork left by previous guests!? The Room & Bedding did have a slight damp smell which didn’t assure me it...

"All OK - good location. Hotel looks very tired from the outside and inside beginning to look worn but overall a nice hotel in stay in with a good bar area. Breakfast was fairly basic."

"We stayed in a "POD" located in the ground. The pod was well appointed with good decor. The kitchen area contained a fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob, complete with crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery all you need for a comfortable stay. The shower room was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable too.
The restaurant provided a good menu at reasonable prices."

"This hotel needs investment. It is old and tired.
The position on the cliff top is amazing with amazing views.
The reception staff were friendly and quite efficient.
The bedroom was small and old fashioned although clean and the beds were comfortable.
We had been to the open air theatre for the evening so this hotel was ideally placed to return to after the concert."

"We stayed over for the concert at the open air.
The hotel was clean and well maintained- all the staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean. The bar was lovely and the restaurant and breakfast was perfect.
The en-suite was very small but clean.
The only thing that would have meant full star rating would have been a better parking arrangement, - a quality mattress and blackout curtains. That being said we would definitely stay here again."
