"We were 5 and stayed in the 8 beds room. The heater was switched on and beds were made when we arrived late in the afternoon. Aitor was there to welcome us and gave us a tour of the house which was recently renovated in mid 2022. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was the best we had during our 5 days trip in Pais Vasco. We ordered dinner from a local takeaway as we were too tired to go out. "Very disappointing restaurant and bar closed not tolls until after checked in. Could not even get a coffee. Very rare anybody at the desk waited 20 mins to hand back key card no body appeared so left it at the desk. I was not the only person waiting. Worst mattress ever had no sleep"
