"Great location, very close to main train station and within walking distance of multiple shopping and dining options. The rooms have the same layout as all other APA Hotels. Clean, comfortable. The amenities at the reception area are a smart way to save resources."

"A good place if only in Sendai for a couple days or planning to traverse the city more than stay in hotel. Expected thin walls between capsules but not between floors. Was on 1F (bottom bunk) & could hear EVERYONE walking around in bathroom above on 2F. Also the pillows are myeh!! You can ask for more for free but still not great. Worst part. Checkout is at 10am. However they close the whole onsen including ONLY showered facilities at 9:30am. So if you want to do a later shower before checkout….out of luck. Not guest friendly!"
