If you rent a car - any easy drive to Philipsburg, Mullet Bay Beach etc. Never made it to the french side - but Mullet Beach was excellent with chair/umbrella rentals and a couple of beach bars for your beer/daqueri needs. "The property is ideally located with plenty of shops, markets, casinos, restaurants and beaches all in walking distance. The room was more like a condo with a kitchen and huge balconies and common areas. One elevator was broken but you barely noticed. The working elevator was very quick and the wide staircase was easily accessible if you choose. Please don’t go there and ruin it!"
