"Location - Location - Location. What a great location and property. Easy walking distance to Maho Beach and shopping district. If you rent a car - any easy drive to Philipsburg, Mullet Bay Beach etc. Never made it to the french side - but Mullet Beach was excellent with chair/umbrella rentals and a couple of beach bars for your beer/daqueri needs. Anchor House was as pictured. Deck with pool was awesome. Unfortunately to warm to leave doors open and enjoy the crashing waves. Bedroom AC...

"This is a spectacular spot right on the beach, beach chairs /umbrellas/and beach towels all provided. The super clean rooms are tidied daily by excellent staff and super warm welcoming owners. The location is fantastic location close to restaurants. We had the deluxe garden room for the three of us and 4 would be comfortable. The parking is super tricky because the spots are tight but if you want to relax and just enjoy don't get a rental car, because this spot is so close to the airport. The neighborhood is safe and walkable even later in the evening, with a grocery store a min down the street for drinks, some snacks and fruit. Best vacation in a while."
