"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"We recently had a fantastic family stay at this hotel in room 260 with an amazing sea view. With two young kids (ages 4 and 7), the all-inclusive option was perfect, and the food was consistently delicious. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, including free access to kayaks, paddleboards, and bike rentals. Our older son loved borrowing a football, and it was great to have so many options included. "It was not hard to find but was down a somewhat deserted road a couple of blocks so felt slightly uncomfortable walking from the port. Lovely property! Small suggestion - add table lights to he roof top patio. Enjoyed our stay!"
