"This is a historic building so the rooms are on the smaller side but have everything one needs. The staff are amazing very friendly and helpful. Haly was awesome with answering all the questions and listening to us babble. They have full breakfast downstairs and a bar to chill at in the early evening till 10 or 11pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Internet was good. The bathroom wasn’t gross, but I also wouldn’t say it was very clean. Bed was hard, but the room was super quiet and comfy. You’ll be charged extra for everything you should get for free. Checking in early isn’t an option without a fee, nor is leaving your bags - without a fee. "

"The hotel has a pub, cafe/pizzeria and shop onsite. We were upgraded to a room in the City Sleeper part of the hotel which looks freshly decorated. Liked the Brit pop style panels along the corridors. We had a room looking down into the courtyard so no traffic noise. The room was quite spacious and the twin beds were not next to each other which was great as we are not a couple. Ate in the pub and the food was good."
