"O pessoal da limpeza deixa a desejar. Não olham para cima e tinha aquelas aranhas e teias pequenas no teto do quarto e do banheiro. Em baixo das camas muita poeira, parece que só passam pano ao redor, nunca arrastam os moveis para limpar. Tivemos que reclamar na portaria. Fora isso, a comida estava ótima! A localização é privilegiada! Tem piscina aquecida. Eu voltaria, mas sempre fazendo uma boa inspeção na limpeza."

"The staffs are friendly, the place is clean and its feel likes the old Lisbon which makes sense since it’s still in operation for 140 years. Everything is in walking distance and I feel safe. I especially love that’s it close to the park that have the mineral water. "

"The staff are well trained and although there was a change of owner, there was no change in the standard and with a restaurant on site but unlike the previous time, I didn't have the refreshments. Breakfast with good varieties of proteins and carbohydrates and the only caveat is the lack of wholemeal bread. Good variety of fruits, sweets and jellies for those who enjoy them.
