"Your front desk staff is phenomenal! I was at this hotel both as an overnight guest and as part of a fundraising event in one of the banquet areas. It felt like the staff truly wanted us to to have the best event possible, but also for those of us who were there early to put in the work, the staff was a huge support including their smiles!"
