"Friendly staff. Called for taxis, recommended ding, etc. Booked 3 rooms for two nights a week apart. First night one room had no hot water. Second night all 3 rooms had hot water an all six travelers were happy. Restaurant on premises was very good. Breakfast included with room was limited but excellently prepared. Staff was quick and friendly. Excellent choice.Espesially considering the cost."

"The Galleon House is so quaint and authentic, that we wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else! It is definitely a hike up a hill of steps, which fits into the location perfectly. The room was clean with a great balcony, air conditioning, adequate amenities for an island getaway, perfect options for continental breakfast with nice strong coffee, a refreshing pool, beautiful flora with lizards and a kittie mascot welcoming us each morning, a great central location, and very helpful, wonderful staff. Our favorite aspects of the room included a comfortable bed and pillows and a fantastic shower. We found the tile comfortable and water flow so refreshing and superior to many large chain establishments. This gem is truly an island experience that we will cherish!"

"Room 304 has commen balkoney just outside room - narrow sliding door in between. 2 feet between bed and seating in this commen balkoney. This giving curtains must be closed for pricicy giving no natural light or view outside view from room. In relation to price unacceptable. No price reduction offered or excuse given when we put forward the issue. Refrigerator and coffe machine but no cups, classes, butteled water or other nesseseries available."
