"Das in einem Ăsterreichischen Hotel das Personal nicht Deutsch spricht, war eine negative Ăberraschung. Mit Englisch gings dann einigermaĂen. Auch das ich bei Tisch gleich auf Ungarisch begrĂŒĂt wurde, war etwas irritierend. FĂŒr mich kein Problem, aber irgendwo bei der Buchung, hĂ€tte ich das gerne vorab gewusst. Ansonsten war das Hotel und Essen super. Das Personal war trotz der Sprachbarriere sehr engagiert. "

"Zimmer war sehr schön.
FĂŒr den Preis war die Sauna zu klein und der Aufenthaltsraum zu spartanisch. Auch gab es keine SaunatĂŒcher.
Gesamt war Preis Leistung ok.
Personal gab es gar keines. DafĂŒr gab es tĂ€gliche Erinnerung per Mail bezĂŒglich der Kurtaxe. Dies nervte mich sehr "

"We have arrived 9.30 pm and still there were someone to greet us and passed us the key it was clean tidy room with clean sheets and many pullows and quilts clean bathroom. Breakfast was buffet with everything you needed all inclusive over all we had a good night sleep and a full stomach in the morning will stay there again. "
